Cannes, a famous international film festival city and a favorite destination for wealthy Parisians, is known primarily as a fashionable resort with all its trappings: luxury hotels, expensive boutiques, exquisite cuisine, sandy beaches with impeccable service, and a vibrant social life. Prices forreal estate in Cannes are higher than in Nice.

If you're planning to buy an apartment on the French Riviera, you'll pay a premium for luxury real estate.

The golden rule of "location first" hasn't been repealed, and it's better to have a modest home among luxurious mansions than vice versa.

A three-room apartment in a prestigious building with a beautiful view will cost approximately 800,000 - 1,000,000 euros. Price reductions can be achieved by moving further from the sea, lack of renovation, or the presence of disadvantages (noise, no sea view, etc.). Our agency has apartments for sale for 2,000,000 and 4,000,000 euros. When choosing an apartment on the French Riviera, you should understand that large space is a luxury here, and owning an apartment of 200-300 m² will cost more than buying a villa on the Cote d'Azur.

Even if you have 1,000,000 euros, finding a beautiful apartment on the Côte d'Azur that meets all the criteria (a decent residence, a prestigious location near the sea, a garage, a sea view, and quiet) is difficult.
Most importantly, you must understand that the price of an apartment on the Côte d'Azur is primarily based on location and view; the interior condition and quality of renovation are secondary.
